Who am I?

A mom of two teenagers, a wife to a firefighter, a dog mom and a constant learner. I have been medically challenged since I was a young girl and am living life with autoimmune diseases and chronic nerve pain. Learning to live and thrive with food as medicine makes me passionate about helping others.
